01 · 3 QUESTIONS

Is this for me?

Who it fits, what we actually do, and what needs to exist first.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?

Founders of coaching, education and expert businesses doing roughly $10K-$150K a month who are still personally carrying the growth engine. Not a fit: nothing to sell yet, or looking for a magic traffic source. If you are earlier than that, the Roadmap will say so.

See the businesses we have done this for →
What exactly do you do?

We install a go-to-market system inside your business in four phases: GTM Foundation, GTM Ops, Go To Market and Dominate the Market. Each phase finds the constraint holding you back, installs the system that removes it, and proves it works before we call it done.

See the four phases →
What needs to be in place before we start?

Something that already sells, even inconsistently, and access to the tools your business runs on, such as your CRM, email, calendar and payment processor. We build inside what you use wherever it can do the job. If a tool is missing, the phase that needs it scopes it.

How every phase starts: verify first →
02 · 5 QUESTIONS

How does the work run?

Your time, who does the work, what a week looks like, and what happens once you sign.
How are you different from a marketing agency?

An agency produces outputs for as long as you pay for them. We install a capability with an execution method, an acceptance standard and a handoff, so the work keeps running when we step back. Our proof shows tracked revenue, not activity reports.

What done means here →
Can you use the systems I already have?

Usually, yes. Every phase starts by checking what already exists, what stays and what goes. If something is already making money, we build around it instead of replacing it, and we reuse your existing tools wherever they can do the job.

How every phase starts: verify first →
How much of my time does it take?

More than zero, less than you fear. Rough founder hours: about 7 in GTM Foundation, 5-7 in GTM Ops, 15-20 in Go To Market and about 15 in Dominate the Market. You supply knowledge, decisions and approvals; you do not become the operator. Founders who stay fully hands-off get worse engines.

Founder hours, phase by phase →
What does a normal week look like during a phase?

A progress update every week, by default in Slack. Questions answered within 3 business days while a Service Order is active. Each deliverable comes to you for review within 5 business days, with one round of in-scope revisions.

How a week works →
What happens after I sign?

One Master Services Agreement, with each phase started by its own Service Order. Onboarding is form first, call second: you answer the onboarding form from what your business already knows, with a guide and AI to pull it together, then the onboarding call confirms context and locks the first path. Bring any partner or team lead who will own part of the work.

03 · 5 QUESTIONS

What do I keep?

What is yours, what stays Funnel Futurist's, and what keeps working if we stop.
What is mine at the end?

Your business and everything that describes it: your data, customers, accounts, brand, content, the company context you give us and the records your system produces. The implementation built for you, such as your CRM setup, workflows, pages, sequences and documents, stays in your business under a permanent licence once that phase is paid for.

What you keep, in plain English →
What stays Funnel Futurist's?

The general machinery we use to build and improve systems for many companies: our frameworks, templates, generators, deployment methods, diagnostic rules and the expert analysis we run. You get what that machinery produces for you. You do not get the private instructions behind it.

Where the line sits →
Can my team change what you built?

Yes, for running your own business. Your team can operate and adapt the implementation built for you. The licence covers your internal use; it does not let you resell or redistribute our underlying templates and methods. The binding wording is Section 9 of the agreement.

Read the terms →
What keeps working if we stop working together?

What is installed in your business keeps running: your workflows, automations, pages, documents and data stay where they are. What stops is whatever runs on our side: training and SOP access that comes with a subscription, our recurring analysis, and new work built with our methods. If we host a platform for you, you get 30 days to export your data.

What keeps working, and what stops →
Who maintains it once it is built?

During a phase, we build, test and fix what that phase installs until it is accepted. After that your team runs it day to day, with the documentation and training that come with it. Ongoing help beyond that, such as paid acquisition, is a separately scoped relationship.

Who runs what, phase by phase →
04 · 4 QUESTIONS

What does it cost, and can I stop?

The phase price, what else you pay for, and how to stop.
What does it cost?

Each phase is $5,000. All four phases are $20,000. You can buy the phase you need or the full build; the agreement confirms scope, price and commitments before work begins.

Why each phase stands on its own →
Are there ongoing costs?

Your own tools and ad spend are paid directly, as they are today. If you use a platform we host, or keep ongoing support or paid acquisition running with us, that is a separate subscription or scope, agreed in writing before it starts.

What happens after a phase →
Can I stop after one phase?

Yes. Every phase stands alone. When one ends, either side can decline to continue with no penalty, unless that phase's Service Order says otherwise.

You can stop. You do not have to. →
Do you guarantee results?

We do not lead with guarantees or publish income promises. We stand behind the mechanism: the system gets installed and works as specified. Where an engagement carries a specific guarantee, it is written into that agreement in plain language.

How we count results →
05 · 3 QUESTIONS

Can you prove it?

Where the numbers come from, what went wrong, and how fast results show up.
Where do the case study numbers come from?

From client CRMs and payment systems: tracked closed-won revenue, never pipeline or projections. Where a client's attribution software did the counting, we say attributed and show when tracking stopped.

How we count →
Has anything gone wrong for a client?

Yes. Case File 001 includes the stretch where the numbers fell and what we changed. We publish misses next to wins, because a wall of perfect results should make you suspicious.

Read Case File 001, misses included →
How fast do results show up?

It depends on the leak. One deliverability fix booked a client 4 calls in 10 minutes, but that is one example, not a promise. The flagship numbers came from multi-month engagements, and the case files show the timelines.

See a full timeline →
06 · 3 QUESTIONS

Where does AI fit?

What AI does, what it never decides, and whether you need to hire.
You use AI. Will my business start to feel robotic?

No. Software, automation and AI take the work they can do reliably; relationships, judgment and protected decisions keep a human owner. We test the output before deciding how any piece of work should run.

What the AI layer actually does →
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Every recurring AI job is written down before it runs: what it reads, what it produces and when a person is pulled in. Missing or contradictory evidence stops the job instead of letting it guess, and anything that needs judgment or authority goes to a person.

How AI jobs are defined →
Does every client need a new hire?

No. We look at the work and your existing team first. Zero hires is a valid result; a role has to improve output, your attention, risk or total economics to be worth adding.

How GTM Ops decides →
07 · 3 QUESTIONS

Who will I work with, and what is the next step?

The people, the company, and how to start.
Who will I actually work with?

── THE SHAPE · ONE ARC, FOUR TIMES ──

Before the phases: the loop every one of them runs.

The four phases are not four different services. They are the same arc, turned four times, at a different part of your business each time. Miss this and the rest of the page reads like a menu.

── THE WHOLE THING, IN THREE STEPS ──
  1. 1 · The roadmap
    Diagnose
Find the constraint that actually binds.
  2. 2 · The phase build
    Install
Build the system that removes it.
  3. 3 · Verify + hand off
    Own
You keep the capability. We leave.
The arrows only go one way. Every phase below is this same shape, run at a different part of the business.
── THE SINGLE PROGRESSION · RUN FOUR TIMES ──

One arc, run four times, different subject matter each time:

  1. Liability – A fragile function is costing the business.
  2. Diagnose – Examine the business against the direction you picked.
  3. Constraint identified – Name the constraint that binds.
  4. Verify existing capability – Prove what already works before rebuilding it.
  5. Install or repair – Build only the missing capability.
  6. Select execution method – Choose software, automation, AI or justified people.
  7. Verify the result – Test the output against an acceptance standard.
  8. Establish ownership and authority – Name who acts, who approves and when to escalate.
  9. Install visibility – Make outcomes, blockers and evidence observable.
  10. Ownership – Every asset has a named owner, and the evidence stays visible to you.
  11. Durable asset – Operate, improve and extend it without FF.

Steps 1-4 diagnose and verify, steps 5-7 install and test, and steps 8-11 establish authority, visibility and ownership.

Every phase uses the same progression: verify what works, repair the missing capability, choose the execution method, test the result, and establish ownership and visibility.
── WHAT DONE MEANS ──

A phase is not finished because assets were made. It is finished when the business has gained a capability it can keep: the right combination of process, people, data, documentation, technology, controls and feedback loops. The test we hold ourselves to: if we disappeared twelve months from now, could you still operate, improve and extend what we installed? If the answer is no, we built dependency with a better label. And if the same problem has to be manually re-solved every month, it was never installed in the first place.

── THE PHASES · FIVE MONSTERS ACROSS FOUR OF THEM ──

Each phase names a constraint, installs the system that removes it, and then makes it impossible for that constraint to quietly grow back.

GTM Foundation carries two, because the two failures underneath it are the same failure wearing different coats. Every phase stands on its own; the diagnosis decides where you start.

── STAGE 01 · WEEKS 1-3 · ~7 FOUNDER HOURS ──
The physics before the machine.

GTM Foundation

SYSTEM INSTALLED
The Operating Environment
MONSTER IT KILLS · The Swamp

A messy, slow operating environment eats the energy you need to execute. You sink instead of ship.

SYSTEM INSTALLED
The Complete Offer Through Line
MONSTER IT KILLS · The Shapeshifter

No single shared understanding. The business changes shape depending on who is explaining it.

This is the only phase that carries two monsters, because they are the same failure wearing two coats. Your tools do not talk to each other, so every task costs more energy than it should. And there is no stable, documented version of the business, so there is nothing you could hand to anyone even if you had someone to hand it to. Ads, emails, calls and content all either compound or leak based on this layer.

── STAGE 01 ARCHITECTURE ──

The Operating Environment is the hub: your tools (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) integrated so they talk to each other and monitored so nothing breaks silently.

The Complete Offer Through Line lives inside it: the Foundational 6 (Market, Avatar, Offer, Economics, Pitch, Profile), structured so a person or an AI agent can both read it.

Recurring AI jobs watch for two things: integration coverage, and drift between the documented truth and the live business.

Two systems, one phase. The Operating Environment is the container you work from daily. The Complete Offer Through Line is the content inside it that everything downstream reads. The phase's recurring AI jobs read your own connected tools, not a dashboard we own.
WHAT GOES IN
A closed deal, onboarding, and the diagnostic output from your strategy call. You already have something working. This phase is not where you find out whether the offer sells.
WHAT GETS DIAGNOSED
Every tool, subscription and integration in the stack, mapped. Where the offer through-line breaks: what the market actually is, what the avatar actually says, what the economics actually are, and which of those three you have never written down.
WHAT GETS BUILT
  • ✦Tech integration and systems deployment. A tested stack where the tools talk to each other, monitored so nothing breaks silently. This becomes the daily hub you work from.
  • ✦Integrations connected. The Phase 1 integration set walked through and connected: Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets. This is the source layer the phase's recurring AI jobs read from.
  • ✦The Foundational 6. Market analysis, avatar and ICP, offer optimization, offer economics, pitch mechanics, complete profile. One shared truth, structured so a person or an AI agent can both read it.
  • ✦Voice DNA and story. The exact words that land, the terms worth coining, and your story framed so it sells rather than just explains.
  • ✦A claims register. What you can actually prove, traced to source, so marketing never writes cheques delivery cannot cash.
WHO DOES THE WORK

We write the Offer Through Line and wire the stack. You bring what you know about your market and approve every document before anything downstream uses it.

WHAT THE AI JOBS WATCH

An integration coverage check (what is connected, what failed, what changed) and a staleness watch that flags when the documented offer drifts from the live business.

WHAT COMES OUT
A clean, integrated environment you work from daily, connected sources your AI jobs can read, and a documented offer through-line anyone on your team can pull from. Nothing lives only in your head anymore.

→ WHICH IS WHAT STAGE 02 NEEDS
A documented business gives software, AI and people a shared source to operate against.

DONE WHEN
The environment is integrated, the sources are connected and checked, the through-line is delivered and confirmed, and you can say: this is my market, this is my person, and I finally work from one place.

AI-First Work & Team Architecture
MONSTER IT KILLS · The Hydra

Responsibilities, decisions and unfinished work keep returning to the founder. The dependency structure is the constraint.

Start with the work the business needs done. Remove what should not exist. Use native software for work it already handles, automation for stable rules, and AI where it meets the standard. Evaluate the existing team and add a person only when a real capability gap remains.

── STAGE 02 ARCHITECTURE ──
  • THE AIOS
    The brain
Sources, decisions, permissions and evidence in one structure your team works from.
    Context for models and people.
  • EXECUTION ROUTING

Software, automation, AI and people selected against the work and acceptance standard.
Zero hires is a valid outcome.
  • AI JOBS
    The eyes
Tracks accepted outcomes, owners, blockers, costs and exceptions.
    Evidence makes the result observable.
  • The client runs the routing and can see the context and acceptance evidence.
Documented context, reliable execution and visible evidence work together. Human capability is added only when the work justifies it.
WHAT GOES IN
The documented business from Foundations, existing workflows, current owners, and evidence of what already works.
WHAT GETS DIAGNOSED
Which outcomes still depend on the founder as router, memory, reviewer or finisher. Compare execution cost, retries, waiting, rework and founder attention.
WHAT GETS BUILT
  • ✦Work and outcome map. Recurring responsibilities, intended results, acceptance standards, dependencies, permissions, risk and current ownership. Eliminate unnecessary work before assigning it.
  • ✦Execution routing. Choose the smallest reliable mix of native software, automation, AI and justified people. Measure accepted output and total cost.
  • ✦AIOS context. Sources, decisions, SOPs, examples, permissions and evidence in one environment your team works from. FF can use AI to structure it; you supply the business decisions and authority that cannot safely be inferred.
  • ✦Capability resolution and visibility. Evaluate the existing team. Upskill, certify or hire only where useful. Track outcomes, owners, blockers, cost, evidence and exceptions.
WHO DOES THE WORK

We map the work and route it. If a real capability gap remains, we run the placement process with you: AI prepares the shortlist, you make every hiring decision. Placed operators are independent contractors, usually engaged directly by you.

WHAT THE AI JOBS WATCH

Work inventory, accepted-output tracking, exception surfacing, capacity reporting and staleness checks. Candidate screening and onboarding apply when hiring is justified.

WHAT COMES OUT
Your team operates the work map, routing logic, AIOS context, permissions, acceptance standards and evidence, plus any human certification needed. Work that does not need founder authority stops returning to you.

→ WHICH IS WHAT STAGE 03 NEEDS
A verified execution method and clear ownership give the revenue engine a reliable way to run. A new hire is not a prerequisite.

DONE WHEN
The work is routed, the result meets its acceptance standard, ownership and authority are clear, and the evidence is visible. Zero hires can satisfy this gate.

Go To Market

SYSTEM INSTALLED
The Profit Engine
MONSTER IT KILLS · The Black Hole

Value and profit leak at every unattended seam. Leads rot, calls no-show, buyers churn, and referrals never get asked for.

This is not a CRM build. A CRM is a database. The goal here is narrower and harder: move every lead to one of two places as fast as humanly possible, booked or dead, and everything in between is automation trying to get them to one of those two outcomes. Then close the half of the journey almost nobody builds, the part after someone buys, where retention, reviews, referrals and resales quietly decide your margin.

── STAGE 03 ARCHITECTURE · THE BOWTIE ──

The full lifecycle, instrumented end to end. The close is the pinch point, not the finish line:

  1. Attention
  2. Capture – common leak: No speed to lead
  3. Conversion – common leak: Qualification nobody agreed on
  4. Close
  5. Onboard – common leak: The first hour after the sale
  6. Activate
  7. Succeed
  8. Retain – common leak: Churn nobody saw coming
  9. Review
  10. Refer – common leak: Never actually asked
  11. Resell

Steps 1-3 are the front wing, step 4 is the knot, steps 5-11 are the back wing that most businesses never build.

The close is the narrowest point, not the finish line. Most businesses instrument the front wing and leave the back wing wide open, which is where margin actually goes. Ember marks the five seams that leak most often.
WHAT GOES IN
Phase 1 supplies the copy and positioning for every sequence. Phase 2 establishes the execution method, context and ownership that keep the engine running.
WHAT GETS DIAGNOSED
Where in the lifecycle value is actually escaping. Contact speed, qualification agreement between setters and closers, show rate, close rate, cash collected against cash contracted, and what happens in the first hour after someone buys.
WHAT GETS BUILT
  • ✦The revenue engine and CRM. Full pipeline configuration for setter, closer and client success, with automations, smart lists, a numbered tagging system, and the workflows that carry a lead: welcome, indoctrination, triple-text, no-show recovery, contract delivery.
  • ✦Sales and close assets. Scripts, objection handling, an automated pre-call asset system that fires to every booked prospect and tracks whether they engaged, show-rate frameworks, proposals, and the pitch deck.
  • ✦Reactivation. Automated campaigns to leads you already paid for. Revenue with no additional ad spend.
  • ✦Onboarding and fulfilment. Automated onboarding, assessment forms, deliverable tracking, milestone automation. The handoff stops depending on whoever happens to be free.
  • ✦Retention, review, referral, resell. Client health tracking, satisfaction measurement, review capture, referral prompts and resell paths. The back of the lifecycle, closed.
WHO DOES THE WORK

We build the revenue engine inside your CRM accounts. Your team runs the conversations: automation handles repetition, humans handle relationships.

WHAT THE AI JOBS WATCH

A daily leadership brief, pipeline and follow-up inspection, booking and show-rate reconciliation, cash collected against cash contracted, and a client-health scan that flags accounts before they churn.

WHAT COMES OUT
Your team runs a revenue engine that moves every lead to booked or dead and holds value across the whole lifecycle rather than the front third of it. Your contacts, pipeline and data stay in your accounts.

→ WHICH IS WHAT STAGE 04 NEEDS
The backend works. Now the constraint moves to whether the right people ever see you.

DONE WHEN
Pipeline reviewed, automations tested, welcome sequence firing, reactivation producing callbacks.

Signal first. Spend second.

Dominate the Market

SYSTEM INSTALLED
The Authentic Authority Flywheel
MONSTER IT KILLS · The Void

Not enough consistent, high-quality signal. The right people do not see you, remember you, or trust you.

Paid comes last on purpose. Not all attention is good attention, and ad spend poured onto weak signal burns. So this phase builds the signal first: content in your actual voice, produced from a couple of hours of your input rather than fifteen, and an email cadence that does the trusting work between touchpoints. Then, and only then, paid gets stacked on top of something that already works.

── STAGE 04 ARCHITECTURE ──

The flywheel turns in this order:

  1. Your real voice
  2. Content, batched
  3. Signal
  4. Trust
  5. Inbound

Then, and only then, paid. Ad spend is gated behind two conditions: the organic signal is real, and the Profit Engine from Stage 03 can hold the traffic. This is also the one function that can stay a managed service, and even that has a transfer path.

Paid is deliberately last. Not all attention is good attention, and spend poured onto weak signal burns. The gate is real: ads stack on top of a flywheel that already turns, and on a Profit Engine that can hold the traffic.
WHAT GOES IN
All three prior phases. Specifically, a Profit Engine that can hold the traffic. Pouring ad spend into an unbuilt backend is the single most expensive mistake available in this business.
WHAT GETS DIAGNOSED
Whether the organic signal is real yet. Where the founder is invisible versus merely inconsistent, and which of the four risk lanes is live: offer risk, key-man risk, single-channel displacement, single marketing avenue.
WHAT GETS BUILT
  • ✦The authority content engine. A setup batch plus a monthly cadence across long-form, reels, written pieces and stories, built on your real voice. Profile optimization, calendar, batch workflow and automations. Installed as a capability your team runs.
  • ✦Email as authority. A weekly cadence layered onto the Phase 3 sequences, with delivery patterns, subject testing, segmentation and deliverability maintenance.
  • ✦Paid, stacked on proven signal. Account makeover and funnels running together, a first batch of creative, and a scaling framework. This is the one function that can stay a managed service, because it is continuous optimization rather than a one-time install. Even that has a transfer path.
WHO DOES THE WORK

You record the raw material. We provide the frameworks, scripts, editing and post-production. Nobody can guarantee reach, followers or virality, and we do not.

WHAT THE AI JOBS WATCH

Content cadence and coverage checks, engagement and signal reads, and once paid is running, creative performance and spend-pacing flags routed to a human. A person decides spend.

WHAT COMES OUT
Omnipresent authority produced from minimal founder input, and an email capability that warms the list. Content workload drops from fifteen-plus hours a week to two or three hours of your input.
DONE WHEN
Content calendar populated and distribution verified, funnels tested and live, email sequences active, and the first leads from those funnels showing up inside the Profit Engine.

── THE AI LAYER · WHAT IT ACTUALLY DOES ──

Every recurring AI job is written down before it runs.

Each phase defines its recurring AI jobs, the watchers listed on every phase card above, as part of what it installs. None of them is a black box.

A written definition

Every job states what it reads, when it runs, what it produces, where the result goes, and when a person gets pulled in. We call that written definition an AI SOP.

AI prepares, a person decides

Jobs surface mismatches, flag drift and draft the next step. Promises, spend, hiring and anything that needs judgment or authority stay with an accountable person. Missing or contradictory evidence stops the job; it does not guess.

You see what we see

You see progress, owners, blockers and evidence in your client portal. We work from the same records on our side, so neither side is working from a different story.

  • ✦Training, SOPs and frameworks you reach through a subscription, when that subscription ends.
  • ✦New work built with our methods, and updates to them.
  • ✦Platforms we host for you, after a 30-day window to export your contacts, pipeline and content.

One honest limit. A finished page, workflow or document is visible to the business that owns it, and that is how it should be. What we protect is the general process that produces those things for many companies, not the finished work we built for you.

── WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A PHASE ──

You can stop. You do not have to.

  • ✦Every phase stands alone. When one ends, either side can decline to continue with no penalty, unless that phase’s Service Order says otherwise.
  • ✦The next constraint shows itself. Solving one is what makes the next one visible, and the phase-end review tells you which it is.
  • ✦Paid acquisition can keep running as a separately scoped relationship, if that is the one thing you want us to keep doing.
── WHY THIS HOLDS WHEN OTHER ENGAGEMENTS SLIP ──

The system carries the standard, not the founder's willpower.

Three design choices make the difference between an engine and another binder of strategy.

Execution matched to the work

Software, automation, AI and justified people carry the work against a clear acceptance standard. Zero hires is a valid outcome.

Visibility inside every phase

Visibility is installed as a step in each phase, not bolted on at the end. Each phase defines what gets watched, what reads it and where the result lands. You never wonder what your engine did this week. You read it.

Authority stays clear

The execution method follows the work. Decisions that require human judgment or authority remain with the accountable person.

── NEXT STEP · ONE DOOR ──

Stage zero is the roadmap.

Before any install, we map your engine: what exists, what leaks, and which constraint is actually binding you. A few minutes of questions gets you there.
