── BEFORE YOUR CALL · THE WALKTHROUGH ──

Check us out properly. Then spend the call on you.

The same content as the Process page, in the order a careful buyer checks it. Read it, or press Present to walk through it one screen at a time.

HOW TO USE THIS

Everything worth checking before we talk, in the order worth checking it.

This is the Process page rearranged for someone who has booked a call. Nothing here is a separate pitch: every answer is the same one the Process page gives. Read it top to bottom in about fifteen minutes, or open any step from the bar above.

Then the last step: exactly what happens on the call.

01 · RELEVANCE

Five problems that keep a founder carrying the whole business.

The question this answers: “Do they understand my problem?”

THE SWAMP · GTM FOUNDATION

A messy, slow operating environment eats the energy you need to execute. You sink instead of ship.

THE SHAPESHIFTER · GTM FOUNDATION

No single shared understanding. The business changes shape depending on who is explaining it.

THE HYDRA · GTM OPS

Responsibilities, decisions and unfinished work keep returning to the founder. The dependency structure is the constraint.

THE BLACK HOLE · GO TO MARKET

Value and profit leak at every unattended seam. Leads rot, calls no-show, buyers churn, and referrals never get asked for.

THE VOID · DOMINATE THE MARKET

Not enough consistent, high-quality signal. The right people do not see you, remember you, or trust you.

What exactly do you do?

We install a go-to-market system inside your business in four phases: GTM Foundation, GTM Ops, Go To Market and Dominate the Market. Each phase finds the constraint holding you back, installs the system that removes it, and proves it works before we call it done.

See the four phases →
02 · COMPETENCE

Why fixes do not stick: they were never installed.

The question this answers: “Do they understand why it happens?”

Diagnose · The roadmap
Find the constraint that actually binds.
Install · The phase build
Build the system that removes it.
Own · Verify + hand off
You keep the capability. We leave.

A phase is not finished because assets were made. It is finished when the business has gained a capability it can keep: the right combination of process, people, data, documentation, technology, controls and feedback loops. The test we hold ourselves to: if we disappeared twelve months from now, could you still operate, improve and extend what we installed? If the answer is no, we built dependency with a better label. And if the same problem has to be manually re-solved every month, it was never installed in the first place.

03 · MECHANISM

Four phases. The same arc, run at a different part of the business each time.

The question this answers: “Do they have a logical way to fix it?”

STAGE 01 · WEEKS 1-3 · ~7 FOUNDER HOURSThe physics before the machine.
GTM Foundation

Two problems, one phase. The environment you work in every day, and the one documented version of the business everything downstream reads from.

Deliverable: a clean operating environment plus your Foundational 6, documented and stress-tested.

STAGE 02 · WEEKS 3-6 · ~5-7 FOUNDER HOURSYou stop being the bottleneck.
GTM Ops

Remove unnecessary work, route what remains to the right execution method, and keep the context and evidence in an AIOS your team can run and inspect. Zero hires is a valid outcome.

Deliverable: a documented work map, routing logic, AIOS context and tested acceptance standards.

STAGE 03 · WEEKS 6-12 · ~15-20 FOUNDER HOURSClose the leaks before you add pressure.
Go To Market

The full lifecycle, instrumented. Every lead moves to booked or dead as fast as humanly possible, and the back half of the journey stops leaking.

Deliverable: a revenue engine built in your accounts, covering capture through resell, with every lead visible.

STAGE 04 · WEEK 12+ · ~15 FOUNDER HOURSSignal first. Spend second.
Dominate the Market

Authority content built from your real voice, an email capability that indoctrinates the list, and paid stacked on top once the organic signal is real.

Deliverable: a content and email capability your team runs, with paid acquisition as the one thing we can keep running for you.

04 · PROOF

What each phase has already produced, with the evidence one click away.

The question this answers: “Have they done this before?”

  • ✦GTM Foundation. This is the same foundations work that preceded Case File 001 and 002. We do not skip it for anyone, including ourselves.
  • ✦GTM Ops. SupportED's record day, 3 strategy sessions and 8 triage calls booked, happened on this layer. Not on a new ad.
  • ✦Go To Market. C&C's $140K single-month email peak came from this layer. A drumbeat, not a stunt.
  • ✦Dominate the Market. Dr. Joe lost his ad account and his group in the same week, 2.5 years of audience gone overnight. Rebuilt on infrastructure he owned, he tracked $648,022 in 2025 and $630,071 through July 2026.
Where do the case study numbers come from?

From client CRMs and payment systems: tracked closed-won revenue, never pipeline or projections. Where a client's attribution software did the counting, we say attributed and show when tracking stopped.

How we count →
The case files, in full
Case File 001 and 002 with their timelines, exhibits and misses, the counting method, and a wall of wins as they landed. Open the proof page →
05 · COMPLEXITY PROOF

Not only clean starts.

The question this answers: “Have they handled harder than mine?”

Rebuilt after losing the audience
Dr. Joe lost his ad account and his group in the same week, 2.5 years of audience gone overnight. Rebuilt on infrastructure he owned, he tracked $648,022 in 2025 and $630,071 through July 2026.
Built alongside a full-time job
Case File 001 is a vice principal running a tutoring company on nights and weekends. The system had to work around his day job, not the other way round. Read it →
People, not only automations
SupportED's record day, 3 strategy sessions and 8 triage calls booked, happened on this layer. Not on a new ad. On the proof page, the sales team explains the system in their own words. Inside the operation →
What we do not claim
We do not publish client counts, refund rates or dispute rates yet, because we have not published them with evidence. When we do, they will be here with how they were counted.
06 · TRANSPARENCY

The misses, the limits, and what stays ours.

The question this answers: “Are they hiding the downsides?”

Has anything gone wrong for a client?

Yes. Case File 001 includes the stretch where the numbers fell and what we changed. We publish misses next to wins, because a wall of perfect results should make you suspicious.

Read Case File 001, misses included →
Do you guarantee results?

We do not lead with guarantees or publish income promises. We stand behind the mechanism: the system gets installed and works as specified. Where an engagement carries a specific guarantee, it is written into that agreement in plain language.

How we count results →
An honest miss, unstaged
Fast drafts, praised, and one used her old booking link. She caught it, not us. That is the kind of miss a pre-delivery link check exists to stop.
What stays Funnel Futurist's
  • ✦Our frameworks and methodology.
  • ✦The templates, generators, deployment methods, diagnostic rules, prompt libraries and AI configurations we build from.
  • ✦The expert analysis we run. You get its results, not the private instructions behind them.
  • ✦Custom software: terms are set in that phase’s Service Order.

One honest limit. A finished page, workflow or document is visible to the business that owns it, and that is how it should be. What we protect is the general process that produces those things for many companies, not the finished work we built for you.

07 · FIT

Who this is for, who it is not for, and what has to exist first.

The question this answers: “Do they know who this is not for?”

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

Founders of coaching, education and expert businesses doing roughly $10K-$150K a month who are still personally carrying the growth engine. Not a fit: nothing to sell yet, or looking for a magic traffic source. If you are earlier than that, the Roadmap will say so.

See the businesses we have done this for →
What needs to be in place before we start?

Something that already sells, even inconsistently, and access to the tools your business runs on, such as your CRM, email, calendar and payment processor. We build inside what you use wherever it can do the job. If a tool is missing, the phase that needs it scopes it.

How every phase starts: verify first →
How are you different from a marketing agency?

An agency produces outputs for as long as you pay for them. We install a capability with an execution method, an acceptance standard and a handoff, so the work keeps running when we step back. Our proof shows tracked revenue, not activity reports.

What done means here →
Does every client need a new hire?

No. We look at the work and your existing team first. Zero hires is a valid result; a role has to improve output, your attention, risk or total economics to be worth adding.

How GTM Ops decides →
08 · PREDICTABILITY

What a phase asks of you, and what slows it down.

The question this answers: “Do I know what working together looks like?”

Something that already sells
Even inconsistently. The work starts from a business that has a working offer, not from an idea.
Access to the tools you run on
Your CRM, email, calendar and payment processor, so we can build inside what you already use.
Your knowledge and your decisions
About 7 founder hours in GTM Foundation, 5-7 in GTM Ops, 15-20 in Go To Market and about 15 in Dominate the Market. You approve; you do not become the operator.
Reviews on time
Each deliverable comes to you within the agreed window. Work that waits on a review waits, and the plan says so rather than guessing.
The people who will own it
Bring any partner or team lead who will run part of the system. They are who keeps it working after the phase.
What tends to slow a phase down
  • ✦Approvals that sit, because every phase is gated on your review.
  • ✦Missing access to an account the phase needs.
  • ✦Changing the offer halfway through a phase, which moves the foundation everything else reads from.
  • ✦Expecting a traffic source to fix a backend that loses the leads it already has.
08 · PREDICTABILITY · A NORMAL WEEK

How a week works, what it costs, and how to stop.

Progress updates every week
By default in Slack. You never have to ask what happened this week.
Questions answered within 3 business days
For advisory questions in Slack while a Service Order is active.
You review within 5 business days
Each deliverable comes to you for review, with one round of in-scope revisions. It counts as accepted after 7 business days without a specific written rejection.
A support ladder, not a call queue
The portal resource first, then Slack, then an existing scheduled touchpoint, then a support request. Submitting a request does not automatically mean a call: resolution beats calendar time.
What does it cost?

Each phase is $5,000. All four phases are $20,000. You can buy the phase you need or the full build; the agreement confirms scope, price and commitments before work begins.

Why each phase stands on its own →
What happens after I sign?

One Master Services Agreement, with each phase started by its own Service Order. Onboarding is form first, call second: you answer the onboarding form from what your business already knows, with a guide and AI to pull it together, then the onboarding call confirms context and locks the first path. Bring any partner or team lead who will own part of the work.

Read the agreement →
Can I stop after one phase?

Yes. Every phase stands alone. When one ends, either side can decline to continue with no penalty, unless that phase's Service Order says otherwise.

You can stop. You do not have to. →
If we stop working together, this keeps working
  • ✦The workflows, automations, pages and documents installed in your business.
  • ✦Your data, records and history, where they already live.
  • ✦Your licence to the deliverables you paid for. It does not end when we do.
And this stops
  • ✦Our recurring analysis, and anything else that runs on our side.
  • ✦Training, SOPs and frameworks you reach through a subscription, when that subscription ends.
  • ✦New work built with our methods, and updates to them.
  • ✦Platforms we host for you, after a 30-day window to export your contacts, pipeline and content.
THE CALL

Fifteen minutes, one decision, and a reason for it.

  1. STEP 1
    Before the call

We read your Roadmap answers, so the call does not start from zero.

  2. STEP 2
    What changed

Anything material since you completed the Roadmap, and who makes the decision.

  3. STEP 3
    Capacity and fit

Whether you have the time, access and budget a phase needs right now, and whether what we do fits the constraint the Roadmap found.

  4. STEP 4
    One route, with the reason

A direct offer, a scoped Intensive, or another route, including not working together. You leave knowing which, and why.

What is the actual next step?

Complete your Roadmap within 72 hours to establish commitment and become eligible for the appropriate next step. In a 15-minute triage, we'll determine whether a direct offer, a selective Intensive, or another route fits your situation.

Start the Roadmap →

Arriving having read this means we can skip what we do and spend the time on your business: where it is, where it is trying to go, and whether what we do fits the constraint in between.
