── PRE-FLIGHT QUESTIONS · ASKED AND ANSWERED ──

Everything founders ask us. Answered straight.

No sales-page vagueness. If your question isn’t here, put it in the roadmap form — a human answers those too.

Q01What exactly do you do?
We install go-to-market engines. Concretely: in 90 days we build your foundations (market, avatar, offer, message), stand up your operations (pipeline, tracking, follow-up, rituals), take the motion to market, and place an AI-trained operator on your team to run the drumbeat. Strategy firms hand you a deck. We hand you a running machine with a human at the controls.
Q02Who is this for — and who is it NOT for?
Best fit: founders of coaching, education, and expert businesses doing roughly $10K–$150K/month who are personally carrying the growth engine and want it off their back. Not a fit: businesses with nothing to sell yet, or anyone shopping for a magic traffic source. If you’re earlier than the fit zone, the roadmap will say so — and point you at the cash-collection-first starter path instead of a big engagement you shouldn’t buy.
Q03What does it cost?
It depends on which of the three doors fits: the GTM starter (focused on cash collection first), the core 90-day install, or a custom growth deal. We scope after the roadmap, not before — because pricing an engine without looking at the vehicle is how agencies sell you the wrong thing. What we can promise: you’ll know the exact number before anything starts, and the starter path is built so the engine can pay for its own install.
Q04How fast do results show up?
Depends on the leak. Operations fixes can land in days — one deliverability fix produced 4 booked calls in 10 minutes (it’s on the proof wall). Foundations work compounds over weeks. The flagship numbers — $648,022 closed in a year, $1.81M from email in 9 months — are multi-month engagements, and we show the timelines with the numbers. Anyone promising a specific result on a specific date is guessing with your money.
Q05You use AI. Is my business about to feel robotic?
No — that’s the point of “human first.” AI does the lifting where it earns its place: research, drafting, tracking, pattern-spotting. Humans hold the relationships, the judgment, the voice, and the standard. Your clients talk to people. Your team gets templates and rituals that make them stronger, not a memo that they’re being replaced. We’re AI-leveraged the way a good mechanic is tool-leveraged — nobody thinks the wrench built the car.
Q06What is the 'operator' exactly?
A trained human, running our playbooks, leveraged by AI, working inside your business. They run the pipeline, fire the follow-up, keep the rituals, and report on the instrument panel — so the drumbeat never depends on your calendar. Think of it as hiring the person who runs the machine, with the machine included.
Q07Do you guarantee results?
We don’t lead with guarantees, and we don’t publish income promises — our own compliance standard forbids it. What we stand behind is the mechanism: the system gets installed, it works as specified, and you can see everything it does on the panel. Where a specific engagement carries a specific guarantee, it’s written into that agreement in plain language.
Q08How are you different from a marketing agency?
Agencies rent you outputs — ads, emails, posts — and the meter runs forever. We install a system you own, with the operator to run it and a clean handoff standard if you ever want the keys. The receipts difference: agencies show you activity reports; our proof page shows tracked closed-won revenue with the counting method published.
Q09What do you need from me?
More than zero, less than you fear. Foundations needs your brain — several working sessions where we extract what you actually know about your market. After that the load shifts to us and the operator: you review on a drumbeat instead of doing on one. Founders who stay totally hands-off get worse engines; we’ll tell you that up front.
Q10Can you work with what I've already built?
Usually yes — most businesses have working parts inside a leaking whole. The roadmap inventories what exists, what stays, and what goes. We’d rather tune a running engine than rebuild one for the invoice. (If your funnel is genuinely working, we’ll route around it — we don’t break things that make money.)
Q11Where do the case study numbers come from?
Client CRMs and payment systems — tracked closed-won, never pipeline or projections. Where third-party attribution did the counting, we say “attributed” and show when tracking stopped. We don’t publish ROI multiples on principle. The full method is on the proof page under “How we count.”
Q12Okay — what's the actual next step?
The roadmap. A few minutes of quick questions. A real human reads it and replies with your weakest system, what we’d install first, and which of the three doors fits — including the honest “not us yet” when that’s the answer.

One next step. Get your roadmap.

A few minutes of honest answers. You leave knowing the weakest system in your go-to-market — and we build you an asset relevant to your situation. Yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.
