Certification proves you can run the system, not that you read about it. Training and certification are separate on purpose.

Who needs it
Internal FF operators, and client operators taking ownership of workflows that depend on this system. Role progression and capability unlocks can require it.
If you are a founder working through the Reset for yourself, you do not need it. Finishing the training without certifying is a complete outcome, not an abandoned one.
How it is judged
- Comprehension — you know what the layer does and why the order holds.
- Judgment — you choose correctly in a situation you have not seen.
- Practical proof — the artifact that layer exists to produce.
No layer certifies on recall alone, and submitting a form awards nothing. A reviewer accepts the evidence.
What each layer asks you to produce
- 01Protect Attention
The protection system you actually installed, and the reset process for the day you bypass it.
- 02Clear Accumulated Drag
The subscription ledger and the decisions taken against it — cut, kept, renegotiated.
- 03Establish Direction
The post-mortem, mission, vision and values documents, and where they are used.
- 04Measure Reality
A real tracked window with the five decisions made from it: eliminate, delegate, automate, simplify, keep.
- 05Install the Operating Cadence
The habit system in place, with its location, cadence and declared next reset.
Assessment status
The assessment is being built against the versioned certification contract rather than assembled ad hoc. It is not open yet, and the training above does not depend on it.
